Defective Products

* Product measurements are taken according to our own measurement standards. However, depending on the item, there may be a difference of 1–2 cm from the actual measurements.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to differences in color or size perception. Please check carefully before placing your order.

Please also note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the item has been washed.

For defective items only, returns or exchanges are possible if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Delivery Time

Items will be shipped within 5 days after the order is confirmed. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Depending on the delivery area, it may take some time for the item to arrive. We will arrange delivery so that the item arrives in approximately 2 to 7 days.

■ Deferred Payment (Paidy)

About Deferred Payment (Paidy)

Paidy is a payment method that can be used with only your email address and mobile phone number. When making a purchase, authentication is carried out via SMS. Once you enter the number you receive, the payment process is complete.

No prior registration of your email address or phone number is required, and no credit card is necessary. No matter how many times you shop in a month, your payments are consolidated into a single payment the following month.

For convenience store payments, FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Ministop are available.

A bill is issued on the 1st day of the following month for charges finalized at the end of each month, and you will be notified by email and SMS by the 5th.

Payment methods include convenience store payment, bank transfer, and direct debit.

The payment due date is the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit, the amount will be withdrawn on the 27th.

Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged once per monthly billing cycle. For convenience store payments, a fee of up to ¥390 including tax may apply. For bank transfers, the customer is responsible for any transfer fees. No payment fee is charged for direct debit.

* If the due date falls on a bank holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day.

About PayPal

With PayPal, you can make payments using only your ID and password by registering a credit card, debit card, or setting up a bank account transfer. You can use the service securely without sharing your payment information with the shop. Registration is free. Credit and debit cards can be set up from the purchase screen, while bank accounts can be set up from the PayPal website.

Payment timing: This varies depending on your credit card company.

■ Deferred Payment (Paidy)

Payment timing: For convenience store payments and bank transfers, payment is due by the 10th. For direct debit, the amount will be withdrawn on the 12th*. However, for January and May, the withdrawal date may be the 20th*.

* If the date falls on a bank holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day.

■ PayPal Payment

Payment timing: This varies depending on your credit card company.

Return Period

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective products. Please check the size carefully before purchasing.

Return Shipping Fees

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping fees.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products, size changes, or returns and exchanges after washing. Thank you for your understanding.
