Product measurements are taken according to our own measurement standards. However, depending on the item, there may be a difference of 1–2 cm from the actual measurements. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to differences in color or size perception. Please check carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Time
Items will be shipped within 5 days after the order is confirmed. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

■ Pay Later (Paidy)
The billing amount will be sent to you by email and SMS between the 1st and 5th day of the month following the month in which your purchase is confirmed. Please pay by convenience store payment or bank transfer by the 27th of the following month. If you choose direct debit, the amount will be automatically withdrawn on the 27th of the following month. Depending on the payment method, prescribed fees may apply.
■ PayPal Payment
You may use a credit card, debit card, or bank account registered with PayPal.
■ Cash on Delivery
Please pay the product price, shipping fee, and cash-on-delivery fee to the delivery carrier when you receive the item.
Payment Timing

Payment will be processed at the time of order. The actual withdrawal date will depend on the closing date and payment date set by your credit card company. Please contact your card company for details.
■ Pay Later (Paidy)
Charges confirmed during the month will be closed at the end of the month. Please complete payment by the 27th of the following month. If you choose direct debit, the amount will be automatically withdrawn on the 27th of the following month. If the date falls on a bank holiday, the withdrawal will be made on the next business day. Please contact Paidy for details.
■ PayPal Payment
Payment will be processed when the PayPal payment procedure is completed. The actual withdrawal timing will depend on the rules of your card company or financial institution. Please contact PayPal or your card company for details.
■ Cash on Delivery
Please pay when you receive the item.
Return Period
Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective products.

Return Shipping Fees
