The KOBINAI online shop underwent a complete renewal in February 2021, with the aim of creating a more enjoyable website for everyone.
Due to this renewal, member information of customers who registered on the old online shop has been migrated, with the exception of passwords, for security reasons.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but when logging in to the site after the renewal, please "reset your password" by following the steps below.
* If multiple accounts exist with the same email address or phone number on the old site, the account registered last will be migrated.
Password Reset Procedure
On the member registration page, enter your full name, the email address registered on the old site, and a new password, then click the "Create Account" button. * You cannot log in with your old site's password.
You will receive an authentication URL by email; please access the URL provided.
Once authentication is complete, your previous member information and email newsletter subscription settings will be carried over.
* Please note that member information migration and password reset cannot be done from the "Reset Password" page.
Regarding Purchase History
Order history from before the renewal cannot be viewed from My Page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Regarding Bookmarks, etc.
Customers who have bookmarked or favorited pages other than the top page are kindly requested to re-register the URL of the new page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
