What I felt on this trip. It wasn't just love, but also the connection between nature and myself, shock, helplessness, pain, and a mix of various complex emotions.

There were moments when I felt the knife-like pain stemming from the disparity between rich and poor.

Inspired by this feeling, this time I took on the challenge of creating clothes using old saris purchased through fair trade. Designer MAIMI created patterns inspired by the streets of India, printed them on fabric, and combined them with old saris to create new items.

This piece is one of them.

It may be a small activity, but I want to spread what I feel and know as much as possible. If we can share and remember important things together, I believe that our “thoughts” and activities will spread even further.

But we have only one wish. World peace and the elimination of the gap between the rich and the poor.
The world is not equal. That is why we need to think. We need to act.
